The Morning Loaf

Our classic sourdough, baked in a traditional boule (round) shape for an authentic artisan look. Made with a blend of premium white and wholegrain Manitoba flour, filtered water, and Celtic sea salt, it is naturally fermented for flavour and digestibility. The result is a wholesome, satisfying loaf with a rich character and a beautifully balanced crust.

The White Sourdough

Shaped as a batard (oval), our White Sourdough is perfect for sandwiches and everyday use. Light, airy, and full of flavour, it is made fresh to order using premium white Manitoba flour, organic white strong bread flour, filtered water, and Celtic sea salt. Natural fermentation creates a soft, airy crumb and a crisp, golden crust, making it an ideal everyday loaf.

Our breads are handcrafted in our home bakery/kitchen. While we maintain a high level of hygiene, we cannot guarantee our breads are free from allergens.

Approx. 750g baked. Each loaf is hand-shaped and baked in cast iron, meaning every loaf has its own unique character with slight variations in size and shape — part of the beauty of artisan baking.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, folic acid), rice flour (for dusting), filtered water, Celtic sea salt.

ALLERGENS: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.

Please note we do use nuts and seeds in our kitchen, so there is a risk of cross-contamination.

Saturday delivery before 9am

This loaf is baked on Saturday morning and delivered to your home before 10am on Saturday

Our order cut-off time is 9am on Friday for deliveries on Saturday. If you are not going to be in, please leave details for a safe space. The loaf is delivered in a brown paper bag secured by a label.
